Scott Sherman is a Director of Corporate Environmental Affairs at Hess Corporation, where he develops and manages the corporation’s strategic engagement on legislative and regulatory issues and external partnerships.  From 2006 to 2008, Scott served as the Associate Assistant Administrator for the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  Scott previously served as Senior Policy Advisor to Chairman Tony Garza of the Railroad Commission of Texas and as Assistant General Counsel at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
