Brenner Brown serves as a management analyst working directly under the Deputy Executive Administrator for Water Science and Conservation at the Texas Water Development Board. Brenner specialized in environment and natural resources while earning his master at the LBJ School of Public Policy, at the University of Texas, with a focus on groundwater management and policy. Brenner’s work is currently focused on water availability issues associated with the drought in Texas and increased hydraulic fracturing.
