Mark Henkhaus is EXCO Resources’ Regulatory Manager.  Prior to joining EXCO in 2009, Mark was the District Director of the Railroad Commission of Texas’ Midland District office from 1990 through 2008.  Mark is a recognized authority in H2S and CO2 issues in the oil and gas industry, in groundwater contamination and remediation, and in the state regulatory environment. Mark received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1982, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
